Good to know

• Hours are counted by the length of the audio sent for transcription, per calendar month. Unused hours do not roll over.
• Write-ups and translations are counted per calendar month: each Write-up or Translate of a note counts as one, however long the shiur is.
• When you reach your hours, your notes stay. You can still read, copy and export them. New transcription waits for an upgrade or the next month.
• Cancel any time from Settings → Manage subscription. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• Switching between Pro and Pro Plus (or, for a group admin, between Yeshiva / Kollel and Yeshiva / Kollel Pro) is one tap, on this page or in Settings → My account. Upgrading charges only the prorated difference for the rest of your billing month and the new limits start right away. Switching down takes effect at the end of the month you paid for (no refund).
• Automatic transcription is a draft. Please check it, especially words marked [?].
